Bridge the gap between solid clinical foundations and the lived, internal experience of trauma - for both your clients and yourself as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Health Professional, or Educator.
Together, we will take a high-level look at how our clinical knowledge and skills can be grounded in a trauma-informed lens, allowing us to connect more deeply and support people more effectively - whether they have a known history of trauma or are simply navigating the complexities of being human.
A health professional wanting a better understanding of what Trauma-Informed Practice actually looks like in a neuro-affirming space but aren't sure where to start.
Already familiar with Trauma-Informed Practice however wanting a revision of the foundations.
Curious about bringing a more embodied lens to your existing clinical skills in order to improve your clinical outcomes.
Feeling the weight of "getting it right" and wanting grounded, compassionate guidance.
A grounded, high-level overview designed for busy practitioners - rooted in evidence, enriched with lived experience, and centred on practical implementation.
A clear, accessible look at how trauma shapes the brain and nervous system, and how this impacts our clinical outcomes.
Move beyond theory and textbooks to understand some of the internal experience of navigating trauma.
You'll leave with clear and immediate trauma-informed shifts you can make in your very next session.
We'll hold a little space at the end for your questions and share a few practical and helpful resources to support continued learning and practice.
